Our cakes are the creation of a long experience in this field and we take our inspiration from the work of the best confectioners in the world.
Single-origin chocolate, Bronte pistachios, Piedmont hazelnuts, Yuzu, gold leaf, rose water or Guerande fleur du sel… all these ingredients contribute to creating an exceptional taste…and to offering a culinary experience, along with your dear guests.

Passion Exotique

a special recipe that combines white chocolate mousse and a splash of white rum, mango and passion fruit cream, raspberry and strawberry puree. Between, a layer of top with cocoa, and a final crunchy pistachios layer.

a cake recipe, with which you will surely conquer your loved one: vanilla cream and prosecco, vanilla cream, raspberry puree and a splash of rose water. All this will be found in a conquering taste.

Vanilla& Pistachio

a special recipe that combines vanilla cream and a light pistachio cream, made with natural Bronte pistachio pasta from Sicily. In between it is a layer with almonds and crunchy pistachio. Glazed with a white chocolate glaze and pistachio paste.

A cake with a milk Chocolate 40% mousse and hazelnut pasta, chocolate layer, Sicilian mandarin puree, a subtle coffee mousse, crunchy layer at the end, natural milk chocolate glaze.


Mille-feuille, Cremeschnitte or Mille foglie…all these words refer to the same exceptional dessert. According to La Varenne, it was earlier called gâteau de mille-feuilles (lit. ’cake of a thousand sheets’), referring to the many layers of pastry.

49 euro 1 cake for 4 - 6 persons

69 euro 1 cake for 6 - 8 persons

89 euro 1 cake for 8 - 10 persons

Special decorations requests (natural flowers, cake toppers) should be placed in writing 7 days in advance (paid separately).
Also, orders for cakes larger than 10 portions should placed in advance.
